The Flavoria Cafe locates next to Aistikattila and the lunch lines. Cafe-side data consists primarily of sales data.

Cafe sales include:

  • coffee/tea
  • Custom baguettes/sandwiches
  • Prepackaged custom salads
  • mars bars
  • Soft drinks
  • custom baked products
  • Seasonal products
  • Morning porridge is also served

Cash register data is provided real time: Product data can be linked to for example surveys right after payment receipt is printed.

Data​

Sales data is usable in real-time from Cafe sales.

See Menu categories for possible categories on custom meals sold from the Cafe. Other categories may exist.

Products can be linked to nutrition via EAN codes embedded in cash register data.
For example: Mars bar = EAN Barcode 5000159407236 in sales data.

Other​

People count​

Cafe has many entrances and exists, usage cannot be viewed. PAX Counter is utilized (see building data).

Decibel measurements​

Initial decibel level testing was conducted in 2024-2025.

RGB Lighting​

Cafe lighting can be adjusted via RGB panel.
