Infrastructure

Surveys can be conducted via:

• Tablets (See: Aistikattila) or customer phones
• Via a dynamic/static QR code (allows connecting cafe/lunch/cash register data automatically)
• In MyFlavoria App
  • Conduct longitudinal research
  • Give study subjects various timed tasks over minutes/days
    • Can be triggered for example after completing certain actions at the lunch line
    • Other survey tools can also be integrated/developed, but UTU REDCap has real time integration to lunch line data!
