Cash Register π³
The data consists of customer receipt printouts, but in structured JSON format in a PostgreSQL database. Additionally, receipt-based reports are available (daily sales counts, etc).
The cashiers choose from POS screen from a multitude of categories (See: menu categories). The categories mirror menu categories for reporting purposes, to list which meal was sold from the menu.
In Weigh and Dine the customer uses a self-service POS screen.

Notes:
- Sales data can be linked to lunch line trays data.
- Sales data can be linked to MyFlavoria users.
- Real-Timeness: Sales data can be processed real-time (less than a few second lag) for survey purposes inside or outside MyFlavoria.
- History: Data source changed in 2024, historical data is in completely different format, available from 2019!
- Accuracy/completeness: Sales data is accurate for the most part. ResQ sales data is missing!
- Ask about ReceiptHero consenting customer sales tracking integration (Earliest 2027) for easier customer flow when using MyFlavoria.
