Weigh & Dine ⚖️
Weight and Dine is a lunch line where payment is based on plate weight. There is no base pay, "going for seconds" is therefore implicitly encouraged (to reduce plate waste, for example).
The lunch line consists of:
- Water point (including carbonated water)
- Cold station with space for around 10 options
- Hot station with space for two GN containers
- Space for seeds and nuts (and potentially sauce)
- A self-service cash register (with a trading-approved scale)

Resources
Customer process
- Take a tray and a plate and other utensils (same as normal lunch line)
- Choose to take any of the salad components
- choose warm components on warm point
- Add nuts/etc
- Optional: pick bread from bread desk
- move plate from tray to scale
- Pay (Choices: Normal or using a take-out container)
- Optionally: identify with MyFlavoria
- Return plate to tray
- Dine as normal

- Plate weight variance: ±5g
- Some components are not listed
- Menu: Only names and allergens, no nutrients
- Weight: no individual components!
