Bring your own
Of course we are not limited to only this data and can install new sensors and data sources as needed. We also have some portable capabilities to acquire data from other restaurants (previously done as part of the Dining Flow project in Antell Aino restaurant).
Restrictions
Some data may be business secrets and/or proprietary to their respective operators. For example Cafe sales data publications require final approval from the restaurant operator before publication.
